Viable magplar DB build?

5 cyrodiil light (2 rings, head, legs, gloves)
5 seducer (chest, boots, waist, dual wield, S/B)
1 kena

I'm trying figure out a good DPS build with good regen since im going to use melee weapons. And want to use cyrodiil's light for the extra migation. I'm just trying to figure out other sets to use to fill in the recovery and damage. Any other suggestions?

Shroud of the Lich set would be your best bet,

(3 items) Adds 967 Max Magicka
(4 items) Adds 129 Magicka Recovery
(5 items) Once per minute, when below 33% Magicka, gain 1032 Magicka Recovery for 20.0 seconds

For pvp? I think you're gonna struggle to have enough damage running 5 cyro light 5 seducer, plus you lose out on skoria, which is arguably BiS for templar.

The reality is, as good as cyro light sounds, its only available in rings and reinforced armor, meaning you have to sacrifice a lot for mitigation that only works when you're on the offensive.

My magplar will be running:
Skoria - head and shoulders
Potentates - back bar s/b, necklace, offensive bar shield(or possibly dw on both bars/offensive bar)
Kag's - chest, legs, belt, shoes, gloves
Willpower - rings, offensive bar s/b

Basically you'll be able to wear BiS offensive pvp sets and get the nice reduced ulti cost from potentates on your off bar while still being about to use the 2 pc stam recovery on your offensive bar.

You could swap the kag's out for seducer if you wanted. If you don't want/can't get potentates then 3 willpower jewels + 2 seducer(or torugs) or 5 vicious death.

My Magicka Templar I believe is the strongest when I am running -

5 PC Kags
2 PC Engine Guardian
2 PC Torug's Pact Front Bar/2 PC Willow's Path SW/B Back Bar
3 PC Willpower

However, I play around with stuff often, and I have had a lot of luck with 2 PC Bloodspawn and 2 PC Skoria. Also run Vicious Death time to time and have had good results, loss of sustain though.
