Why do you hit the message rate limit when you kill too many people at once?

Yesterday I hit the message rate limit about 3 times blowing up 40 people each time. When I was emperor I was hitting the message rate limit almost every hour. Everyday I hit the message rate limit.

Why have vicious in the game if it kicks you out of the game every time you blow up 30 plus people all at once?

Im pretty sure it has something to do about Addons. Addons sending this and that whenever you do things...like kill ppl.

An example: If I misclick too many times on wykkyds outfitter when I wanna switch gear on the fly, its somewhat laggy and im inpatient so I click a few more times...then poof I reach the msg limit and im kicked from the game.

Make some videos. Highly unlikely to get 30 at once. Highest ap tick From a bomb that I saw from syphers video was 20k. That was probably close to 20 players. My personal best is a 15k tick from about 15 players.

It happens when an addon sends too many messages to the chat box at once. If you have kill counter say you killed so and so with such and such 30x in a few seconds you'll probably be kicked for spam.

I've had this Kick happen on xbox. I have no idea what causes it. My highest tick (not related to me slaughtering people) was 22k AP. I do not believe it's related to AP, it could be the killing tho.

It's not just AddOns, any "message" your client sends to the server is included in the count. You can easily get over the allowed quota just using game mechanics (with all AddOns disabled).

It's a somewhat poorly implemented security measure ...

Console players get this regularly with all damage numbers off, so its not an addons issue. It just always happens when you hit literally +30 at once with VD.

Ok well I was playing a DK and walking around and got kicked for message limit. Did my Orc crop Dust 30ppl or something? It needs fixed ZoS
