Stamplars will be awesome with the introduction of stamina scaling Dawn breaker of smiting! I don't wanna spoil the fun of you figuring out what works for you but here's a few things to keep in mind.

Assuming you want to play a DPS PvP stamina templar;

1. You need to have a gap-closer; Ie: crit rush, charge, shield assualt etc. to stay on an enemy
2. You need to have a strong stamina spender: wb, jabs to do the bulk of your damage.
3. You need to have some measure of self healing: Ie; vigor, rally etc
4. You need to choose between what utility skills you want: as a stamina DPS you are defintely going to want to have major brutality and major savagery. (rally, evil hunter or potions etc etc). Some healing buffs such as focus (minor/major mending) etc. Or you could want defensive buffs like (major warding etc) or shuffle (definitely use shuffle =X)..

You only have 2 bars and 10 skill slots + 2 ults to choose from so choose wisely! If you want to just look at an end game build try tamrielfoundry.com for pretty detailed guides on any class/build!

I believe Stamplars will be the go to FOTM stamina build next patch, mainly due to Purify. NB are getting some pretty hefty buffs but still don't have the defensive capabilities of StamDK or Stamplar.
