2hander-Bow NB meta

Hey guys,

Making a return to ESO, been a little while and I'm looking to take off with my lvl 12 Nightblade. Come end game I'm wanting to run a 2hander-bow Stamblade but I'm not sure what the current build should look like.

The main thing I wish to know is where to distribute my CP. Also what ults are usually the ones I want.

Here's a rough idea of what build I had in mind, any feedback would be appreciated, cheers guys.

I can't really see your Bow bar (due to iPhone issues with ESOhead) but I'd say this:

    2H:
Take out Stampede (no need for two gap-closers) and add in Surprise Attack
Take out either WB or Exec for Mass Hysteria as it's much better on your front bar
Consider bringing Cloak or Camo Hunter on your front bar in place of the other not removed above as these may give you more benefit. Personally, I like Cloak.
Ultimate: Soul Harvest/Incap is what I find the best. Whilst you do lose some overall damage from not having Flawless, I find the burst is much better with those.

    Bow:
Add in Relentless Focus for stamina regen and damage
    Vigor for additional heals
Use one of Poison Inj or Snipe and switch around depending on what you're doing.
Siphoning Attacks is nice for added regen but not essential
I like to have some sort of speed, dodge chance or snare immunity so I run Rapid Man, Double Take or Shuffle and swap it out for Caltrops if at keep fights
    Ultimate: Flawless or Meteor.

Doesnt every stam NB use basically the same setup currently? On xbox eu most of them do i think. I use it too on my stam nb. 5 piece hundings or 5 piece eternal hunt with 1 kena, 1 bloodspawn, maelstorm weapons and agilty jewelery

2H : ambush, suprise attack, fear, exec, rally and soul harvest
Bow bar : poison/venom arrow, shuffle, merciless resolve, cloak, vigor and soul tether/meteor/flawless dawnbreaker

Heavy attack with bow, poison injection, ambush, heavy attack, suprise attack, soul harvest and execute... isnt that the holy stam nb combo currently?

Yup this is the most popular build. Works for any situation.

Basically this. This is the Stamblade meta in a nutshell. Obviously other variations will work fine too, but this is the copy/paste build.

Thought so, next update people will change soul harvest to incap strike but nothing else will change i think. Poisons on weapons will make them even stronger, my sharpend maelstrom maul with a poison instead of the merciless charge abilty while still maintaining the extra WD is going to be OP.

Stam NB is still very very strong but personally i dont like the playstyle so i dont play mine very often.

Replace ambush with crit Rush if you have a maelstrom 2h and you're good to go. I personally prefer mark target over merciless resolve at the minute, great for debuffing tanks.

These is awesome feedback guys I appreciate it!

    Two things,

    1. About champ points, where do I want them? Currently I only have 34 in each tree to spend so I'm not exactly an end game player but still be handy to know.

    2. Wrecking Blow not used by anyone? I see people complain about it's OPness on the forums all the time, and surely it's got to be useful for most PvX situations. With the setup mentioned above by Bosov is WB simply not necessary?

    Thanks again.

    34 Points in Mighty (Blue)
    17 Points in Hardy (Red)
17 Points in Ele Defender (Red)
    34 Points in Mooncalf (Green)

    Good starting setup^
Keep Red tree a split between Hardy and Ele Defender until you've got ~50/50 point split then put some in Resistant.
Keep Majority in Mooncalf and then some in Warlord, eventually you'll want some in Tumbling (I like ~30 at 501 CPs).
Keep Majority in Mighty and then where you go is build specific.

Wb normally isn't viable as a stamblade although some people use it it's personal preference. But you can do more dps with a surprise attack/light attack combo

    Exactly.
The nice no skill griefing meta that ruins pvp and that gonna get much worse next patch.
