ESO Plus/No Crowns

I have had ESO Plus since the game came to console (Xbox One). My game shows I have ESO plus, I get an email every month saying my subscription is renewed. I have not gotten any crowns In 3 months or more. I assume I am still getting the 10% bonuses as the game says I am an active ESO member. Any thoughts or suggestions?

    It is an issue well reported on in these very forums. My understanding is its a Microsoft thing, some say they have to submit a ticket every single month, and some still do not receive their crowns.

    Thank you for the input. I looked at my bank and noticed I was not charged for ESO plus, so at least I'm not losing money, but still bothersome.

    Has anyone confirmed if the other bonuses work?

    Let's make sure you are a member first.

    Open your character screen, see if ESO plus shows up where your food and drink buffs go. Also, the menu along the top, the far left icon shows your crowns, should say ESO+ member there as well.

    Did you just buy? Some games give you a free month when you purchase base game, so maybe that is why the charge was not taken out?

    Then, I am at a loss. All I know is I have read a bunch of threads about Xbox and ESO+ not working right.

    If you have not gotten any crowns or been charged for three months, my guess is something tripped the connection with Microsoft at some point back then.

    I mean, I guess you could just keep reaping the benefits for free, that is if they never charge your account again and you don't care too much about the crowns. You will potentially be getting a free crafting bag in a few weeks as well... on the other hand, it would suck if they one day back-charged you a ton of money.

    I would wait, at least a little bit, for someone with xbox account that has similar issues to chime in. Also submitting a ticket to ESO CS as well, don't be surprised if it takes a week. (you will get an auto response that seems like they are brushing you off, but I have always gotten a subsequent one days later actually solving my issue).

    I got the Thieves guild DLC for free, and still have it so I am guessing my membership is working, minus the crowns. I agree, if I get the benefits and no crowns, I'll just leave it that way until they fix it. Buy crowns if I need them.
