Getting rid of resource bars

Ever since the patch these bars have returned:

and for the life of me I cannot figure out what is broke or how to turn them off (not to mention some of them randomly disappear making them completely unreliable). I have gone in and turned off various addons, it disappears but then when I log out and and return *bam* they have returned so I have no clue what one thing the patch did to break this.

If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Could you make a list of all your add-ons? maybe somebody here might be able to identify which one that could still be active.

I suppose OP have found a solution by now as she/he have not made any more post in this thread since 14 march. In other word: it is a necro.

One place to look is into Settings (Use Escape [Esc] button to get there in game) and look for Interface where you can turn on or off in game feature to show health bars etc. Next is to use search for all add on which might change how User Interface (UI) will look and work.

Those bars in picture look like the original once from in game texture (default) with an overlay to show numbers and they have a position which indicate some kind of change from which can be from FTC, Lui extender or any other add on which can manipulate position and look on the default bars in game.

Edit: Look into something called player or costume unit when you search in your add on: options for setting up things as those bars are measuring units to be represented as graphical bars.
