Exact timing for Undaunted vendor

Greetings all,

I'm trying to ascertain precisely when, in any time-zone, the vendor becomes available in Cyrodiil. Does anyone have any information on this? The previous data I looked at from the patch notes didn't seem to match up with reality, as though there was a discrepancy of timing, so I was wondering if anyone had information directly from the game.

She will arrive at 00:00 UTC/GMT on Friday nights, and will pack up shop at 12:00 UTC/GMT on Mondays.

So @Vildebill is right just a little ambiguous.

She arrives at 00:00 GMT Saturday morning, that is 1 minute after 23:59 GMT Friday night. She then leaves at 12:00 GMT Monday.

In practice she has a spawning animation and such that means she actually becomes tradeable at 00:02 GMT on Saturday mornings.

For the east Coast in the US the Vendor arrives at 8 pl Friday night.

And her store opening animation is REALLY cool! I highly suggest showing up a little early to watch it at least once. It's well worth it.
