Maintenance messed up the game (Xbox One)

So I'm trying to understand how did you guys manage to mess up the game via maintenance ? Texts is messed up, inventory, stats, you can't see active effects, combat texts is also messed up etc.

Is anything being done?

Did you try restarting the game? I had these problems after the last patch but I haven't tried yet today.

Yeah I did, fixed some things but I had to go get my mundus stone again

I had problems with my player sheathing my weapons automatically and my attack abilities not triggering on enemy players.

A full restart helps after every patch. The mondus stone is not a bug, it's intended and listed in patch notes they had to remove then to fix them (for TBS set I think) also deleting the local game cache helps but log a ticket with support. They won't know there's issues if people don't log it up.
