It definitely does. ZoS said the VD recap was a bug but its not a UI bug when youre half way through a fight against 4 players on your own, you hear a bang of vd go off while youre at full health and then you're dead. This is what people were talking about when ZoS just fobbed it off as a UI bug in the recaps. The players though werent all referring to the recaps. They were like my situation where you havent even got to the recap yet and you see VD burst you down with no other friendlys around you.

VD is a broken and poorly thought out set which ZoS refuses to acknowledge is a piece of poor game design. If they want a zerg buster like that then they need to make sure its a zerg buster. It needs more specifics for it to proc.

• It shouldnt proc on pets from abilities or monster sets.

• It shouldnt proc on defending groups at keeps. (These are not zergs). And with forward camps meaning zergs can keep zerging onto a keep and then people can just jump in to suicide bomb a defensive line with VD its actually doing the reverse of zerg bombing and is making it easier than ever to over zerg a keep.

• It shouldnt proc on groups of less than 10 players. ESO is the only MMO I know of which rewards not playing with other people at all. If there is a small group of 10 or less playing and so not really zerging then why should they suffer at the hands of a zerg buster? As it is, it procs even if theres just 2 of you and 1 dies. 2 people IS NOT A ZERG! Fix it ZoS!

• It should only proc through the use of character abilities. Just blasting a ballista into a breach where theres a defending group procs VD and kills whole defences in 1 very low risk but high reward shot. Low risk, high reward means theres a huge game balance issue. Its why there are so many sorcs and nbs over the other 2 classes and now vd is an even bigger problem when it procs on siege kills.
