Nooby question about cyrodiil mail

This sounds like a nooby question and I couldn't find it anywhere but does anyone know what determines when you get a cyrodiil package? I've read it's based off ap and some have said 5k ap but it doesn't seem to be the case.

I never activly calculated, but from my experience it seems to be ~5k ap for a mail on a v16 char. On the non veteran campaign I get mails for less ap, so I'd assume it's somehow related to your level or alliance rank.

That's interesting because it seems like everyone says ~5k but I must've been over 10k before I got one and I am playing on a vet 16 character. I guess I'll just keep track tonight when I get on to see if the average is about 5k

It's about 20k now. They increased it from 5k. To balance it you now get instead of green non set items, blue or purple set items.

Strange that people seem to be getting mixed results. I started a new character in PVP recently and haven't spent any of my AP or deleted any of my Reward Mails, and I'm calculating 10k AP per mail.

I wonder if for some reason people are receiving mails at different amounts of AP?

On non vet it's 10k on vet it's 20k sometimes it takes time for the game to register you've earnt that much.

So Ive earned about 50k in vet Azure Flame since the campaign reset. My last time logged in and played pvp was on wednesday, yet I've only got 1 rewards of the worthy package in the mail. Is there a known bug? I checked last night and no mail.
