If I stun someone with Accelerating Drain and then after 3 seconds when they come out of that stun, will Binding Javelin knock them down?

✭✭After every hard cc (stun, knockback, knockdown, fear, silence) you you will have immunity against hard ccs for 5 sec. This is to prevent perma stun combos like the one you are thinking about.0
