I started levelling one as I love sorcs generally...

But he's pretty much parked now as I too got v v bored of the wrecking blow spam.

There are no direct damage sorc abilities that scale off stamina... all you have are a couple of abilities which passively buff stuff... such as bound armor, surge etc.

SO you'll find that the weapon skills hit pretty hard... but you are just left with the weapon skills basically... so if wrecking blow spam bored you on a Stamplar then you won't find anything more fun on a stam sorc at the minute.

As a stamina sorc you'll mostly use stamina based weapons of course. So WB is your hardest hitting skill, but I use is mostly in PVE. In PVP you should have a look at Carve, Executioner, Critical Rush, Steel Tornado, Bombard/Acid Spray, Snipe and it's mophs, Posion Arrow, especially if you play in groups.

Don't forget that a sorc is a magicka class though (now I told you the secret ).

Critical Surge and Streak are must haves in PVP.
If someone needs a Negate, a stamina sorc can cast it.
Recently I've put Restraining Prison back on my skillbar.
Since these skills drain your Magicka, you might have a look at Thundering Presence (stamina morph), because it's really cheap once you have agility jewlery and even more so if you play in a CP campaign (i.e. not Azura) and spec for stamina cost reduction and recovery.

Bound Armament is nice as well, if you have the slots free for it (currently I only use it in PVE).
Dark Deal is nice as well, in group fights you always find a split second to use it, but it is kind of worthless in 1 vs 1. Might be worth it, if you get hit by an oil catapult nowadays.

As it is the case with all stamina builds, the damage ultimates are really inferior. Every magicka build can do these better, unfortunately this is true for Overload as well. Nevertheless for group play in PVP, have a look at Dawn Breaker (for the weapon damage), Negate (as mentioned), Barrier. IMHO the Werewolf Ulti is the best damage ulti for stamina builds and it is cheap for a sorcerer (Ulti cost reduction passive), but tell this one of these magicka based raid leaders...
