Getting awful lonely online. I'd like to pvp a lot but I'm only level 12. Are there any active pvp guilds out there that would accept me amongst their ranks?

You can find all the friends you need in the red light district they are almost as cheap as a DLC.

You should probably just quest and level up haha. You will meet more people then mindlessly pvping over and over... especially at such a low level.

What platform are you on? If PC, every faction is pretty good about running pugs in the non vet campaigns, in peak times anyway. Ask around in zone.

If you're on console, try asking in the area chat channel in Cyrodiil. Not sure how effective that will be though, so I also recommend checking out the guilds section of these forums, and see if you find one that matches your platform and interests.

Leveling up through PvP in Blackwater Blade is a ton of fun. I recently did so with my stam alt.

Run around in there, enjoy the pretty balanced battle leveling and lagless server, and join the same pick up groups when they are on. Get to know people in the casual/social PvP guilds.

Play in Blackwater blade until VR1, then delete that character and make a new character to resume BwB, because Vet PvP is an utter joke atm. you will have all the friends you need on here.
