Tips for a 2h stam sorc?

This will probably make the more knowledgeable cringe:
Abilities: cleave, uppercut, lightning cloak with stam morph, reverse slash, and critical charge
Armor: 5 heavy and 2 light

This is all I got so far and I feel like I could be performing better even though I'm only level 12. Any tips for a 2h stam sorc?

Stam sorcs suffer enough as it is, so you're going to want medium armor. You're only level 12 so I'm guessing you're wearing the stuff you find at the moment

Look on youtube for Fengrush he has builds and lots of 1vX playtime for u to see the class being played well

For stam sorc leveling I find the Sorc version of talons sorry I forget the name to be extremely useful as stam sorcs get no good hard stuns early in their trees.

If you can manage your magica well enough crystal shards while leveling is nice just for the stun.

I came in here hoping to get some pointers myself leveling a stam sorc has turned into an ordeal

Use crit Rush with crit surge and get guaranteed heals. Use magic morph of lightning form. Wear medium.

Here is my setup and it is working very well for me,

5 Pieces medium, 2 Light,
I use Twicebornstar and Night Silence,

I run 2h,
Crit Rush,
Wrecking Blow,
Executioner,
Streak,
Vigour,
U - Atronach until i get meteor

Dualwield
Steel tornado,
Crit Surge,
boundless storm(NOT STAM MORPH)
Quick cloak,
Evasion/Shuffle
U - Werewolf

I am VR3 now and manage mobs in IC with ease..

Mundus is regen stam and weapon dmg..

Check Fengrush's builds.

Until you get what you need, there are decent swaps like rally for vigor, evil/cammo hunter instead of Caltrops.

Gear wise, hunding's and ashen does the job until you want to start mixing on monster sets.

Magica morph or lightning form is the better choice. Magica dump and expedition last longer.

At level 12 don't worry about being a stamina sorcerer, use magicka abilities including clannfear and crystal shards until much later.

Clanfear is a huge help for leveling a stam sorc until you can get some of the more powerful (and the only really useful abilities for a stam sorc) out of your sorc trees. You can up summon it for a guaranteed heal and it helps to hold some aground off you.

At level 12 your just worried about leveling but eventually your going to want to go medium armor. Full medium if you can (barring undaunted passive later on).

I'm about to delete an unused character to open a slot for a Stam Sorc. Not sure what class I want to use. Consider Imperial and Orc at the moment.

I want to start leveling the horse on the stam sorc so it is time to kill off my former enchater+mule as the current character is redundant. I'm thinking of starting the Stam Sorc this weekend.

Orc redguard imperial bosmer are all good. I run a bosmer. The stupid amount of racial regen allows me to focus on other things without even the slightest worry about sustain. Just my two cents but they are all very good in their own ways

Orc for super speed and ugly character
Khajiit for carnage passive that will work well with crit surge.
Red guard for 40k Stam and awesome resource management
Wood elf if you want to snipe with bow.
Imperial if you're boring

bosmer does not lock you into a bow. I don't use one. And you don't require a redguard for 40k stam. I will be there once I get my undaunted up (never lyles it cuz, ew pve). Was the carnage passive fixed...ever? You get extra damage as an Orc and health recovery which is sorely underrated. Imperial is good for everything but yea...boring.
