Last I checked, just weapon crit.
Do a quick test for yourself, make two cheapwhite daggers. Then make two white swords.
Check your spell crit before equipping daggers.
Then equip them, and check the stats.

Do the same for swords. You will see why most magic builds only slow swords (only melee weapons to affect weapon and spell dmg. )

No such weapon increases crit chance .
