Actually_Goku✭✭✭✭Nords are the best tanks in the game, period. 9% buff to Health, 6% damage reduction are the 2 best tanking passives in the game on the same race.
Argonians on the other hand, just flat out suck.0 -

Nords could be the best tanks if there would actually be content where you need high mitigation.
