✭✭✭✭Seems like pretty standard s/b stam DK and well played.
Couple of questions though, if I may?
1. I see you're running no NB counter, do you usually run detect pots for open world pvp? If not, how does one go about pulling people out of cloak?
2. What do you think about stampede as a gap closer in place of invasion?
3. How do you handle that tiny FOV? I can't deal with not being able to see anything
I love the way people don't realize until too late how much damage this build does, I dueled sribes a while back using a similar build and I went from "I got this" to "How'd I die?" in like 2 seconds, won't underestimate the ransack/bash combo ever again. Imo, this build is better than the WB spam DK as long as you can justify not having steel tornado or a bow for mobility
Unstable flame, Heavy attack, cancel with igneous shield would be a better play there, more damage and more stam return in the same amount of time and you get 1 hit worth of crit immunity.Edited by Lexxypwns on 15 January 2016 18:480 -
Hey Lexxy, Yes I usually do have some detect pots with me. Secondly I prefer invasion for the shield and third I'm so used to the camera I never change it lol. I also agree, if you get your skill cancelling down, the dps of this build is staggering.Edited by MalevolentGame on 16 January 2016 08:280

I independently arrived at one of these too, might not be 100% efficient but is insanely fun if you like a brawler/berserker type with some nice range.

Haha, wow, I'm not saying go Zerg and make a build about it.... just saying if you have friends or are fighting multiple enemies DW is pretty good. IMO Rally and Executioner is pretty cookie cutter for a stamDK, tbh. Anyway, DW is also feasible alone, ST will help with NB's and FB gives a nasty snare plus Major Brutality, and it's still considered your buff bar. Even solo, it's not bad - I've been playing with the other morph of steel tornado that gives +20% stam regen too. Let's you focus on other stats, dmg (e.g with mundus) while having on-demand regen when you need it. Plus, you don't feel like a cookie that just walked out of the cutter.
I can see why he'd pick executioner and rally over it, though.

yea, I'll actually be taking off the executioner (as I 95% of the time never use it since I animation cancel too fast and they die) and replace it with crit charge; changing the 2h sword for maelstrom axe0 -

Might put caltrops, maybe burning breath. Talons or volatile might even make interesting improvements. Not fully decided yet and unlikely I'll update any of my builds until the patch in feb/march0

igneous with well timed leap/potion management, good to go. Sometimes I get carried away if you watched the vid and just spam the attack. But if you wanted to manage it better ig and leap0 -
