I'm bringing this question to the cool people. There were some interesting opinions expressed in another thread regarding mount upgrades. Personally, I'd like them to be shared between characters (account wide), although this may hurt the sales of the upgrades in the crown store. There was a different suggestion that I am also strongly in favor of: adding a mount buff similar to the battle spirit buff that's only active in Cyrodiil. People with maxed mount stats already complain about the horse simulator they have to deal with just to get to some decent pvp, and it's much worse for rerolling characters. This isn't much of a problem in pve zones with the immense amount of wayshrines, but when timing is important in Cyrodiil, it's a necessity to travel as quickly as possible.

NOTE: the Cyrodiil buff would only affect speed, or speed and stamina. Carry capacity shouldn't be altered.
