Gap Closers and Cloak?

I've been getting hit by crit rush and ambush a lot more recently even though I go into cloak, I also stop moving when I'm about to get hit by one. Any ideas why this is happening.

I have 2 possible reasons

1) Something is buggy or messed up with gap closers
2) I'm just really bad

actually three possible reasons

gap closers have this unavoidable root. the very same reason most hate lotus spamming NB's as it's one of the only spammable gap closers with no range requirement

They plan on addressing it in the next update by replacing the root with a snare. If that stacks with Lotus Fan's snare though it'll be back to square one lol.

I've had the same thing happen when playing my lowbie NB. Gap closers are just so infuriatingly buggy right now, which is why everybody is using them.

You can still gap close somebody right before they do and it will bring it to them as their cloaked.

why should a nb be immune to gapcloser when they have the best exploiting gapcloser Overall?

the problem with gapcloseres and cloak is the way the hit is checked by those abilities.
when you cloak after your opponent innitiated his/her charge (the only time the hit is checked on charges) you will be hit by the charge and thus unrevealed thx to the casting/traveling time delayed on impact.

If you dodge right before using cloak, you will be fine in most cases (apart from undodgable lotus fan / explosive charge).

Funny thing... Since I changed over to non-vet pvp a week ago, spambush is a lot more on my hatelist than before... Cloak as well... One is just missing all those things you grow used to on a lv 20 stam dk with less than 60 skill points...
