Enchanting and Alchemy Addons Question

Quick question. Is there an addon that shows all rune translations in the game? Also, I need an alchemy addon that does the same. I know these exist, but can't find them. I'm not looking at an addon that changes the crafting UI, or anything like that, merely a simple plugin type addon tthat when I put my mouse over a run or plant, it gives me the meaning of the rune and all four traits for the plants. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

For rune information you may want to try 'Votan's Rune Info'. I know there is one for alchemy but I can't seem to find it right now

I've tried that one. It works great for glyphs I've already translated, but I'm looking for one that has the info for all glyphs, both translated and not. This may be considered a cheat, so there may not be one, however, I'd like to find out. What is a good website I can go to to find a list of all addons for ESOTU?

Yea, I went there. Found "Merlin the Enchanter". Whenever the NC NA server is back online, I'll give it a try. It's been down all day
