The amount of people I know and have played with since launch on Xbox One EU servers leaving the game because it is simply unplayable at none peak times let alone peak times is depressing and it's getting bigger and bigger each week. You're killing your own game ZOS
I don't think its the server hardware. Hardware is relatively cheap and easy to fix. My guess is fundamental code performance issues, a much more time consuming task to identify and resolve.
