Recently started pvping in eso and I love it, thinks it's a very unique style of pvp but I suck at it. Got my first kill against a lv34 nightblade as a lv20 dk and thats it Im like 1-30 now so Im trying to refine my setup. I hate group play or I think its called zerging? (not sure) so Im trying to build around solo play. I mainly want to beable to survive most encounters or sustain myself well enough to survive. Not really looking for a set build because I want to end up making my own but skill recomendations would be awsome. Thank you

I'm remaking my DK as a breton this time, but Magicka builds are still effective, at least for me on Xbox.

Don't knock group play till you try it.
Sometimes the most fun you can have are with friends.
With that said, explore your character's skills, try them all with respect to your dominant resource (magicka or stamina). Look at builds for suggestions and advice, then adjust to what you find fun.
If obsolute success at pvp is what you want, then practice makes perfect; builds will only help so much.
