Parts of Cyrodiil not battle leveled?

At crooked finger redoubt, my battle spirit is turned off. Bug or intended? I will upload pics as soon as i can

    I have heard of bugs where people lose battle spirit and their healths drops significantly. Relogging should fix the issue.

    @Alucardo the weird thing is that there was like a radius around the area where if i stepped in the radius i would lose my battle spirit, if i stepped out it came back. It was in the middle of no where so doesn't matter much but still weird. Lol

    That is kinda weird. Every part of Cyrodiil should be battle levelled

    You know that small lake half-way between Brindle and Nikel/Roebeck? Go there and watch your buffs ;)

    I would guess this is a bug and should be reported. Sounds interesting to try out though.

    Vet 5 NB- Gaelwen Forestmire (Vamp(cured)/Stam)
    Vet 1 Templar- Kozawah Incarnic (None/Magicka/Healer)
    Level 4 DK- Trecldur (Magicka)

    There's also an area that always gives you VR1 loot even if you're much lower level.

    I first reported that during beta, still bugged ...

    I thought the same thing but the npcs spawn so fast there it would interrupt the duels
