Seeking a guild

I'm a new player looking for a mature guild, preferably a laid back group of male & female players who understand that as an adult life comes first and you play when you can. I only play one character, a Wood Elf Nightblade / Archer and I tend to wander, explore and love to craft. I work 60-70 hours a week Monday to Friday, so I'm on when I can play. Not looking to become a god in the game, just looking for a friendly group of players who like to chat while they wander, and aren't hardcore about dungeons, PvP or playtimes.

As for real life, I'm male (though I play a female elf that resembles my wife!) 44 and live in California. I'm friendly and helpful when I can, and very social. Mostly played LOTRO before this on Meneldor and Gladden servers. My characters name is Sythewyn Khatares and my handle is @Shadowdragon01

"Working as Intended" is recruiting members to fill it's ranks. The focus of this guild is "Small Group" adventures in ESO.

For PvE this means 4-person dungeons, pledges and 2-4 person groups in craglorn.

For PvP this means small scale groups like 2vX, 3vX, etc. in cyrodil or Imperial city. This also includes cross-faction dueling and small group brawls.

No, never played Rift. Did some SWTOR and GW2, but mostly just LOTRO. Took a year away from everything and decided to try out ESO and love it so far. Best looking game for sure.

Here's a little bit about Tyrs...

Tyrs Paladium is an active medium sized guild that has two simple concepts. We are drama free and we don't zerg (rush ahead leaving others behind). We are quite organized and live by our motto: Play hard, laugh hard and win, together. We are very friendly to the new player, returning player, and a veteran player that likes to group with knowledgeable folks without all the typical egos, drama and riff-raff of the typical guild. And Yes we actually enforce our policies.
