This Orsinium acheivement seems to be broken on PS4.
Many times I have leaped from the cliff with the NPC into the water below where the footbridge is. Despite surviving the fall, I can get the achievement to register the event.

I'm on PS4 and I got it but I also have a friend who can't. It is really glitched. Keep trying.0
