For example - can enemy have on him the effect from DW axes + effect from twin slashes in the same time? Both from the same player I mean.

✭✭Yes only way there any good is if they stack. But that's for PvE in PvP it's a total different story cause sure you can stack up to 10K 20K or even all the way to 25K bleed/DOT damage but it's fully negated by purge and NBs cloak. So PvE it's a amazing form of attack in PvP totally useless cause even if they aren't a NB or have purge they can heal through it.5
