When you attack someone with 2h and keep atacking them, the bleed will never procc, because it cancels itself out. If you attack and then stop for roughly 1 second, the bleed will start. If you attack once and stop it seems to have nearly 100% procc chance, but it will never procc if you keep attacking/dmging that same target. Pls @Wrobel have a looksie. thanks

Mate just give it up. They "fixed' bleeding as the are "fixing" most of the things - put a band aid on it - so the reduced the chance for bleed to apply in vain hope it will proc sometimes - thats the best they can do.0 -
