Crystal Frag "Rapid Fire Mode"

So, got a question. We all know Frag is at least semi-spamable, but after the patch I've noticed that it procs so much faster. For example, I cast a spell, CF insta cast, cast spell, insta cast, cast spell, insta cast. It's not like that every fight, but my last 10 fights every frag I used was the insta cast version. It was rarely ever hard cast. Anyone else noticing this trend?

✭✭✭✭✭When it casts for any given build and skill bar is RNG, I'm sure, BUT...
Over time I've become convinced that SOME spells are more likely to proc a frag than others. The more expensive spells seem to do a better job. Cheap spells like Fury and Entropy don't seem to proc Frags as often.

✭✭✭✭✭I found if you cast the same spell over and over it procs less, if you cast two different spells slightly less, I found the most often way to proc it using 3 different spells rotating so no two couples happen in a row.
And then some times I can go through 12 spells and no proc. Its all rng0 -
