Proc indicators on console

I'm trying hard to be as effective as possible.
I fear I am not using my v9 Dunmer Sorc to its full potential.
The audio cue for my Ultimate being ready is all I hear.
What are the visual/audio clues for my skills that proc?

Crystal frags will make a noise (kinda hard to describe) and your hands will glow purple with rocks around them. It stands out pretty well. I run ESO on the PC but don't use any addons and still have no problem reading the cues.
Which skills were you asking about in particular?

Hey thanks for responding.
Crystal frags is the skill I was trying to figure out.
I had read that my hands would glow with the C Frag proc.
But I hadn't seen my char glowing.
I will try to catch the indication next time I play.

Make sure you have the right morph and that you do indeed have crystal frags that has the proc chance.

Well I figured it out.
Guess what?
Operator error.
After the last skill respec that came with the IC content I did not put skill points back where I thought I had them.
The indication I was looking for wasn't active until I upped my Mage's Guild "Might of the Guild" passive.
Now Entropy triggers the glow correctly.

Its kinda hard to see crystal frags proc if you have lighting form on and power surge.
I think we need a more clearer animation for proc or maybe addons
