Crown transaction log needed (desperately)

The Crown Store REALLY needs a crown transaction log. It needs to show a dated/itemized list of crowns received and crowns spent. I think you understand the urgency of this, given the Xbox One crown (non)delivery issues. I am a victim of not receiving ESO Plus renewal crowns and dealing with ZOS customer service can be a nightmare.

Please implement as soon as possible!

This sounds like a great idea.

@Solariken Excellent idea and awesome for coming forward with it. Especially now that the game is Crown Orientated.

I'll throw this suggestion into the "ESO Live - Ask Us Anything!" thread to see if I can bring some attention to this.

Excellent idea. I dont know if anyone else is having this issue, but they need to address the fact that the membership perks are disappearing from my account even though I can see on my xbox that the membership is still active. This is on top of the fact that I have not received my crowns for the last three months.

Yes, I have had this issue with perks. Also right when the IC DLC was released, my ESO Plus buff just happened to go AWOL, forcing me to buy the DLC even though I was an active subscriber. Some real highway robbers over there at ZOS.

I'm assuming you've put in a support ticket regarding your missing crowns? The only way you're going to get them is to email or call CS. I've had to do this the past 3 months when I didn't receive my crowns.

On topic - I think this is a great idea and had always wondered why there wasn't one already.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom, can you please ask for this feature to be added ASAP? I'm really confused why this wasn't included with the conversion to B2P. It's much more than a quality-of-life improvement; this will give piece of mind to your players/customers and likely improve the ZOS customer support queues.

I had this issue and I must say their customer service was timely and helpful apart from the auto response I initially received. I have honestly had nothing but good service from them across numerous issues. They even gave me bonus crowns!

Through my communication with them it appears they keep detailed records of who has what etc. as they identified how many I was short and on what date immediately.

    Fairplay to them for once!

That may be true, and I certainly expect that ZOS logs crown transactions on their end, but this needs to be visible to the customer and be a functional part of crown store.

So four years later, have there been any discussions about this @ZOS_JessicaFolsom? I still very much think this is a required feature. I would like to be able to account for Crowns coming in and going out of my "wallet".

I usually just just my account billing history, it shows all crown purchases and all monthly sub purchases you've ever made. Then I grab a handy dandy calculation configurator and punch in a few numbers.

Yeah that works if you only care about the real-world fake money, but doesn't tell you all the sources/values of crowns added not what you spent them on.

That's the exact reason why you are never getting a feature like this. Crown accounting does not mix with impulse purchase based marketing approach.

OP's reasoning was so they can make sure they get the crowns they purchased, and the only reasoning given. You can verify if you have received the crowns you purchased by going to your purchase history, seeing what ZOS charged you, then comparing how many crowns you actually have.
