Spell dmg or regen for magic NB?

Greath
Greath
I'm a vr16 magic NB and do almost 2700 spell dmg (3.2 buffed) have 2150 regen with drinks. If I put spell dmg enchantments on my rings I'll have 3k unbuffed but my regen will be around 1600. My question is which one is better?

I think 1600 regen is enough to perma cloak. And a NB doesnt do anything else anyway so go for more damage so you can try to burst your oponent down but if it doesnt work cloak away from one corner of the map to the other.

I don't use that skill and my cloak cost 2870. Will that be a problem?

Can you tell me what gear or what you have to get that much spell dmg and regen?

1600 regen is NOT enough to perma cloak.

A good amount of magicka regen would be close to 2000. I usually use drink for pvp and have about 2.4k regen and I can perma cloak easily. It's pretty fun

But to answer your question, it depends on your playstyle. If you find yourself running out of magicka a lot then go with the regen because the spell damage wouldn't be worth it if you can't use your spells.

Max damage craft two of those chest and legs heavy for added armor. Use the Champion System to cut spell cost and buff regen.

I can understand know releasing your bar set up but add one Siphoning power or the Ultimate for 8% more magic and Inner Light from the Mage Guild 5% more magic and 20% more crit plus the passives 2% more magic and magic regen per power on your bar. That's an easy 15% max magic buff with 20% more spell crit.
