What would've happened if you freed Mannimarco when you went to take on Molag Bal?

I didn't because I figured he's just turn around and attack, and I didn't want to bother with the possibility.

    Nothing really. We know from Daggerfall that he escapes no matter what you do.

    I freed him and he escaped throwing curses at us and insulting us :)
