Can anyone help with this? I bought 1500 crowns, then another 750 and have it still reads 0 as my balance.

    Ugh, this seems to be a recurring issue with consoles. I'd suggest sending support some proof of purchase and I'm sure they will clear it up for you.
    I'm on PC, but I really hope they find the culprit of this issue.

    Reboot ps4. Then restart game. Report back.
