To buy all the Halloween stuff.However,I have seen tons of threads about people not getting the crowns they paid for,I guess I'll let the Zombie horse,the Unshriven Skin,etc all go.Bummer,cos I was going to buy 5,5000 crowns for $39.99.Nope,not if theres a chance I wont get them.

I believe the issues with getting crowns delivered had to do with Subscription renewals on Consoles.

Only time I have ever heard it being a problem on PC is when bought through steam.1 -

Ok... while I expect that there will be an issue, because there always seems to be an issue, I have yet to be in a position where ZOS has not fixed it.
The only "but" that I have here is for players on XBOX, where it seems that ZOS and MS are not on speaking terms. (so to speak)XBox EU/NA:@ElsonsoJannus
