[PVP Feedback] What is this place...? I hope ZOS notices this post.

I hope ZOS checks reddit way more often than they do on this forum honestly.

Sorry to put it this way.

But 95% of you whine about stuff you don't know anything about (and it's been like that since release).
This is probably the worst place to look for PVP Feedback. They're better off listening to the few players playing PVP PTS. I even dare to say that most of you frequent posters & complainers haven't even tested the PTS thoroughly.

I mean, look at where PVP is now.. The whiners are now whining even more about how "imbalanced" PVP has become (see the Poll about the now/earlier PVP situation). If ZOS would just do their own thing I bet they'd do a better job than listening to what most of you are 'suggesting' in here (basically demanding, really).

The attitude on this forum looks like a ranked game of League of Legends.

ZOS, I hope you read this... I'd prefer you do your own thing with PVP instead of listening to a crowd like this.

For one to have the most objective opinion on PvP balance, one has to play extensively all 4 classes, with both variations (magicka and stamina).

I've been here for months, tested almost all classes, but there's absolutely none for which I'd say "I am top tier with this class in the entire game, know all the strengths, weaknesses and possible builds".

If someone had to wait until he actually masters everything before commenting, there would have been no balancing done for years.

Which doesn't mean it's OK to just come in and make bias statements about balance. The first thing to do when you want to nerf something is to first try it out, and see if it comes as OP / broken as you expected.

Because reddit has awesome pvp and class analysis. LOL. But no worries, they check reddit a lot.

Look, I post on reddit as well to try and answer the frequent "I am a magicka nb, please tell me what skills, gear, and buffs to use and which buttons to press and in which order" questions. But from my personal observations, you are much more likely to get the good gouge here. Reddit is very superficial for many topics....humorous and entertaining but not always very deep.

And your complaint is pretty light on specifics. Straw men are falling down or running away on fire. Sure there are a lot of posts that basically amount to my specific build can't beat the build that just kicked me in the teeth and did the full Lipton on me. But you should read on Joel Robinson. There's also a lot of good info buried in these posts and some pretty good pvp'ers posting here as well. Go check out some of the quality stuff like Sunshine's new nb video. Pick up a pearl from some of the more notorious posters like LORD FENGRUSH if you want to stam sorc or fight a stam sorc or any of the many other informed posters who play the game and take the time to share and discuss here.

In short, I think you are being too dismissive of the content in these forums. So lighten up Francis.

There are forum trolls and kids whining in both places, but there is also quality feedback in both places. As long as we present it in a well thought-out and calm manner, they'll see the difference on either forum.

Gotta ignore the trolls and not let 'em get to ya.
