Isn't it time for ZOS to set priorities or give us free stuff?

For example:
Grand Theft Auto Online had a terrible start but when Rockstar fixed the issues they gave everyone $500,000 for in game credit for the inconviniance which I think was worth about $10. So 1000 crowns would be about the same.

Battlefield 4 had a slow start and the first DLC came in like I nice brand new train crashing its way through the station destroying everything like the Imperial City. But Dice stopped working on future DLCs untill they had fixed the game.

I just wanted to throw out some examples ZOS could try to redeem themselves.

    Since they have our money already, not much priority for us.

    I was going to purchase all the DLCs that came out since I enjoy the game so much. But the fact is since I can't play the game at all now due to Error Code 303 it is only pushing me farther away from any further money going to the game.

    They are only hurting themselves.

    The DICE example is an especially good one, and I do feel they largely redeemed themselves over time. ZOS so far has been disgracefully bad, and sadly I do not think they are on the same level as DICE.

    I was also a potential DLC customer, and although I generally can log into the game, the sub-standard support that has been received so far makes me hesitant to put any more money towards this game.

    With all of the holiday games about to hit the market, this game is toast if ZOS doesn't get its act together ASAP.

    Honestly, the first time I saw this topic I thought it was ridiculous, people are always so fast to want and expect free sh*t any time anything goes wrong with a game. But after 3 straight months of not receiving my crowns from ESO Plus and having to deal with this "customer service" that they have, I'm on board with this idea. With so many people having problems with this and other aspects of the game (people who haven't even been able to play the game since IC launched) ZOS should be going above and beyond to try to make their fans happy. Even if it's something like 1,000 crowns, they need to do something to show this fan base that they DO value our support. The "Thank you for your continued patience and support" message at the bottom of the ENDLESS amount of e-mails I've exchanged with customer service over the past month is both badgering and infuriating. We need more than words, put your money where your mouth is ZOS, I have been, I've been paying for this game since it came out on console. I've had an ESO plus subscription since day 1 on the xbox one. But my patience is running thin. You're going to start losing a lot of customers, more than I'm sure you've already lost.

    Even the horrific Assassin's Creed Unity made the first dlc free after all the problems that it had. So what's the excuse for ESO?

    And ZeniMax Online is just a server management company.

    Activision has been known to rush game developers to get their product out the door. They're only worried about the bottom line and don't care how it affects the devloping company's reputation. They have a big hand in ruining many things.
