Skills Locking up every 10 minutes. cant attack, roll, cloak, crouch, or do ANYTHING, gamebreaking.

Hello everyone, recently i have been getting totally screwed by this random bug. I will be fighting someone in PVP and all of a sudden my skills completely lock up and are unusable. I cant dodge roll, light attack, heavy attack, use skills, go stealth, or do ANYTHING. When i press a skill, it shows my character just twitch and attempt to use the ability, but nothing happens. When i dodge roll it does a half dodge roll and totally looks glitched and feels bugged. I try going into the start menu and pressing stuff, but everything is still locked when i exit. Im tired of having to relog every 10 minutes just to come back and have my skills locked up AGAIN when im killing someone or getting killed. This is an insane problem and i can not believe that there is such a gamebreaking issue like this where i literally cant do anything, and i just get killed. it shows that when i am moving i am draining my stamina even though im not sprinting. i have multiple videos recorded of this awful bug. I am on Xbox one EU server, ebonheart pact. I have tried quitting my apps, quitting the game, clearing my blue ray cache, and just about everything guys i dont know what to do. I love this game to death and i really want to continue leveling and playing but i just cant put myself to it when im getting unfairly killed sooo often . Someone please help! when my skills are not locked like this, my game runs perfectly fine and have no issues, but this bug is absolutely killing my gameplay

I usually have my toon walk slowly just for a few feet. Does the trick most of the time.
Other times, I have to open a door/gate.

yeah it fixed it for me when i open a door also , but sometimes im not anywhere near a door or gate so thats not an option. and when i just walk slow for a few feet usually it wont fix it, and if it does by then ive already been killed or lost the advantage in a situation. logged on tonight to see if it was still happening and it happened withing 5 minutes of me playing. Im amazed that this is actually something people have to deal with when they spend $60 on the game, and on top of that the ESO plus subscription and this i what i get???

thanks for the help but this isnt really possible if im in the middle of something in pvp, (like taking a keep. resource , or if im in the middle of a duel or battle.) this is why this is such a terrible issue that needs to be fixed ASAP. screw all the new conten, why dont they just fix the game in its current state first? theres so many problems its ridiculous and the fact this game has been out for over a year and they still havent fixed such a gamebreaking glitch like this just shows how much the developers actually care and shows that they just want our money, not happy customers. total bs in my opinion and its sickening to know how much i love playing this game but i cant because of this *** stupid bug that totally ruins it. Would reinstalling my game do the job?

Does it seem to happen after using Flawless Dawnbreaker? I get it all the time when I animation cancel Dawnbreaker.

I get this behaviour often. It is a precursor to getting kicked out of the game but that is another thread. Reinstalling your game won't help this.

This has been happening since day one on Xbox for me. It is so frustrating. I would of thought this is something they would have fixed by now.

When this does happen to me I am still able to use potions for some reason but, nothing else works.

Usually, if I quickly open the CP menu and close it again it will fix the bug.

This has been happening since 8-7-2015 -- still lagging, trouble map traveling - trouble loading, game freezes and crashes! It is Occurring All across the NA server both XB1 and PS4 as well as the EU server..... despite numerous ticket tht I have sent to CS - still no honest response except to reboot router, console check ISP connections, clean cache..... IDK anymore

Chug a potion. Always works for me. Happens to me about 5% of the time when I try to use Ambush.

it wont allow me to chug potions and this glitch has been happening ever since i started this game the night it came out and to this day its still not fixed?? this is soo stupid how can they let this bug take over a hug part of the game for soo many people? for me RIGHT when i go out of combat the glitch is fixed, but this is impossible to do while in the middle of pvp because this game also has stupid combat glitches where u cant get out of combat.

bump still happening even after new update this game is pitiful . So amazing to me that its been out for this long and this issue has been going on for over a year, but the devs are just too intelligent to fix it!
