Just came back, lost, and I'd like a pure sniping build.

Well mostly if possible.
I haven’t played since launch and Im so lost. Can someone help me work a build to make me a 100% archer? I don’t care about anything else, just being a pure sniper. I also noticed the realm like ability stuff. I’m also lost on that. My character is level 50, a Shadowblade, Khajiit, and Vet level 2.
I need help with stats, abilities I should pick, the other abilities(realm abilities? I’m an old DAOC player, and everything else.
Can someone please help me or point me in the right direction?
Are vet10 vamps still god like?
Did they add in other god like classes?
Any advice on the champ stuff? I guess I could just guess since I want to be a sniper.
Is pvp just full of vet16 players?
Is it better to pve to vet16? Is there a nice great way to get to Vet16?
