If I buy a Tamriel CD key online

Never played this before. If I buy a Tamriel CD key online does that unlock the full game or is it only the expansion, and I would still need to buy the original game?

There was a recent sale at Green Man Gaming. $12 for the base game. $25 for Imperial edition. I don't know if you'll be able to find those low prices again for a valid key.

Your link is to a site that isn't on the approved list. In addition, that site is working with individuals who are resellers of keys. While I have no way to say whether that site is selling fraudulent keys, I personally wouldn't trust it.

As far as the lowest price, you can just run down the list of approved resellers in the link I provided earlier. I'm not aware of any specials going on right now. Sorry.
