I'm levelling a "H/Bow Sorc with this build what do you think?

I'd definitely replace the Thundering Presence on the 2h bar with Uppercut. Eventually spec in Boundless Storm because it uses magicka (and has increased duration). Replace Critical Surge with Rally. Try using Overload instead of Atronach. Eventually put Critical Surge in there. Where's Bolt Escape, it's still a good skill. Try putting Vigor in somewhere if you have it.

Btw ZOS, toggles suck.

Yeah, there's no reason to double bar thundering. Also, if you're going to main Archer, I'd go boundless. You want the duration, magicka use, and extra move speed. However, if you're going to main melee, I'd go thundering. The damage is decent.

Also, as this is the pvp forum I assume this is a pvp build. Unfortunately, Dark Deal is rad as hell while questing but pretty bad in PVP. It gets hit by the 50% debuff and makes it hardly worth the cast time.

There's no reason at all to use Thundering Presence, Boundless Storm is far better whether your build is magicka or stamina. Just use Boundless Storm as your magicka sink.
