The damage nerf has ruined non-vet PVP. It's impossible to kill anyone unless there's a zerg of players against 1 player. OR introduce new gear for nonvet that raises our damage.
That NPCs stay fixed on targets that are out of sight, out of range and ignore players that are killing them at point blank range is known bug, and I think I even reported it at least once months ago, if not a year. Probably the only reason it is not widely abused is the fact that NPCs do next to no damage anyway and therefore there is no reason to cheese them.
