So ZOS when will you make DoTs un-dodgeable?

Title says it all, if I manage to hit a dodge roll spammer with one of my DoT abilities, and they continue to dodge roll, they will actually roll dodge the DoTs. I'm pretty sure this is not working as intended. Why would a damage over time effect that has already been applied to you be dodgeable?

    Dots need their own update to make them effectual. They are far too easy to undermine, especially considering the fact that we have classes like the DK who rely on dots for half their dps.

    Dots should be unblockable and undodgable after being applied. They should also piece shields. This would make them a counter to shield spamming.

    You could make one that causes all current dots to to spread to other near by allies if you purge the dots(if no allies to spread too they just fall off) or that all dots currently on target explode for there remaining damage instantly if purged. Making you have to be smart about when to purge them.

    This would leave healing as the counter to dots.

    Dots should also get increase total damage but have there duration's increased. This will keep there TTK the same but getting stacks of dots on you would become much more dangerous.

    The above type of changes would be necessary to make pure DoT builds viable in PvP. It would counter 1 play style but be countered by another.

    All abilities should be dodge-able. That is not an issue. You can easily use your CC to applie your DoT's.

    The only problem is that once you effected your target they can simple block and your DoT's just vanish.

    What's the point trying to run Twin Slashes or Poison Injection if you can just block and they are useless. This is what really grind's my gear's.

    Dodging a DoT is not that big of deal, you can dodge everything apart from some instant cast ability's. I don't think Curse is dodge-able or Ambush (there's probably more but you get what i mean)
