SERVER CRASH AGAIN?!

    No it was the same with me all day, I'd have the almost same issue, task manager kill the game or restart my computer, try to log back in and get the same error code several times in a row. Then all of a sudden it let me back in, then several hours later, rinse and repeat. Not just to me but my wife's computer as well.

    Ah well, it'll get fixed.

    Yes I have U-Verse through AT&T right now. Will change to Suddenlink eventually.

    lawl I have internet through Beggs telephone company, Beggs is the name of the town I live in, haha

    1) soem people are claiming they are logging into the EU server fine. (dunno if they acutally are.) But there are a number of outages in Europe too that are disrupting traffic. some of my friends for example cannot access many sites even those that aren't down, because many of the major hubs are down right now.

    2) steam is hosted out of other locations. It being up does not mean it is not a global issue.

    3) several links to sources about the outages have already been posted. please read them before claiming that this is a zos only issue.

    Doesn't matter where the player lives. If the outage is in the vicinity of the game's server provider then everyone is effected.

    My guess would be that some part of the login/authentication requires communicating with a server in the effected area of the US, but the actual game server is in Germany.

    More likely any of the several European outages is. Some players including some of my friends are saying they are able to log into the EU ones just fine some are saying they can't. again many of the European net hubs are reported down too right now. For that matter several in asia are as well.

    He was referring to the fact that EU servers are supposed to be in Germany. If the outage is US only, why are EU servers down as well. I guess this point is void since outages were confirmed for the EU as well.

    Do you not understand that there is supposed to be an EU server in Frankfurt in Germany. Which is also affected by this outage? HOW??? My query has NOTHING to do with where the player is based, I am asking WHERE IS THE EU SERVER? It is supposed to be in Germany.

    It isn't. The outage has now been reported worldwide.

    Tell that to the other people that suffer in cyrodiil because the game is unplayable do to the company hosting the service. These folks should sue for damages over Loss of Revenue do to the *** poor performance of this company before the "solar storm" you speak of.. The folks that appear to be responsible for hosting this game appear to be damaging this companies earning potential.
