From all that I have read most websites and MMOs recovered a long time ago from the outage issue.

Inactive Account✭✭✭✭Actually, I think people who are paying for ESO Plus and have been unable to play should get their sub time extended. We are entering day 3 of server/login issues for some of us. (After being told to speak to our ISPs).
So judging by the mass outages around the States, I would have to say this is out of Zos's controll.

I got this as well. I feel like they did that so that they wouldn't keep getting a mass influx of people trying to login to the servers since you now can't get past the launcher.1
