I'm taking the current outage as a sign that I should go to bed before tomorrow.1

Mine just started acting up too about 30 minutes ago (10:30 pm), disconnected, couldn't get back son, restarted computer and now launcher is stuck at "Loading...". As much as this sucks, I guess it's good to know at least I'm not the only person this is happening to.

Since trying to login this evening, 8pm Pacific time, can't get launcher to load. If I bypass the launcher and get to the login screen I get error 200

Yep, this is exactly what I'm experiencing. (except I have not clicked on the repair button because that usually causes the launcher to go into a check mode for the issues which has taken hours)

In addition to what @Nax said, which is spot on, launching directly from ESO.exe gets me to the login screen, but Error 201 (Login Failed).
