I always wear at least one piece of heavy armour and keep immovable up at all times. CCs can kiss my [snip].

Don't talons grant cc immunity after the second? Just roll out of the first two them put pressure. He should be nearly empty on resources by then.

No, talons is a root, you don't get CC immunity. As the OP said, you can be rooted back to back (talons, bombard, etc.).

To the OP, if you're a NB you can cloak out of talons, if you're a templar you can use purifying ritual, and every class can also purge them off. It helps to sometimes use magicka to get of out them instead of draining all of your stamina.

ZOS PvP team don't have a clue as to how to balance Talons and Bombard will be spammed so much after you can just roll out. But how ZOS plan to cut the number of abilities from five to four by forces everyone to you Use immovable

Immovable doesn't work against talons. Maneuver works. Besides every class has a counter skill. NB - cloak and ambush, Templar - cleanse, Sors - BE. Plus purge which is accessible to everyone. Actually only DK has no counter to talons.

on my magika NB i added more stam or stam recovery and im able to keep rolling

I guess, you are melee like me, talons was also a nightmare during bêta and launch for me. Several patches later, it's much better.

You have the 2H morph of rally that gives root immunity "forward momentum" : it's cheap and effective, it is my main anti-slow and roots ability.
You have Assault "Rapid Manoeuver", especially "Retreating Manoeuvers" it is quite expensive though but works for your teammates too.
You have "Shuffle" (medium armor).

These are the 3 best options available to every class... and you have cleanses like purge and morphs (but less effective).

Indeed DK has no class counter to roots, which is a pity for THE melee warrior class.

Yea DK have no class counter to roots but you have but anti ranger (scales) and anti melee (Spiked Armor) powerful heals, AoE root with undodgable attacks and crazy resource recovery, using Earthen Heart powers or any ultimate. Do you really need everything.

Dark Cloak hasn't removed Talons since 1.5.
