4 mundus stone buffs

I just redid my ui a lil, switched up my addons a bit. so now i see other peoples mundus stone buffs. Several people had 2 running, I know there's a set that allows you to have 2, but i heard that there is a way to get the 2 buffs and not have to wear the set. Is this true? and i also noticed a few people rocking 4 mundus stone buffs. Now this made me say wtf? not gonna name any names but a few were on my own faction. i just wanna know how is this possible, it seems a little unfair. im sure people know about it, but i was just curious is this is a bug, an exploit or something working as intended.

This is an exploit.

While it's possible to have 2 mundus stones at the same time with the set, it's not considered competitive enough to outbalance other sets.

If you see someone with more than 2 mundus buffs, that's an exploit.

It's a UI bug.
There is also an alleged exploit that allows you to keep your 2 mundus after removing your Twice Born Star set (which allows 2 mundus).

Regarding the super stack of mundus visual bug:
The addons that have unit frames are bugged right now. They not only sometimes show 4 mundus but multiple stages of vamp and WW on the same target.
It's also been addressed by ZOS for a fix on PTS.

It's a bug that has the potential to be exploited. Some people will get multiple mundus stones just by trying to change their buff the regular way and not using twice born. It's not like you can remove them. The few people I know in this situation have reported it to ZOS, but I'm not sure if this has been fixed with the latest PTS patch as that only seemed to address the twice born star exploit - and there's no way to test if the multiple stacking mundus bug has been fixed since we don't have character copies any more. Of the people I know with more than 2 mundus buffs, they don't know how the bug works, just that they get multiple mundus when going up to a stone and trying to change.

The better fix for ZOS would probably be to put in code that prevents you from having more than one mundus rather than fix the twice born star exploit mechanic (assuming that's what they did).

It's a UI bug and they can't delete it. My friend have this problem. Support ignore him.

uhhm the vampire/ww thing was actualy not only visual, but was a exploit, wich has been fixed now, i dont know about 4 mundus, i did see someone with 3 mundus. and waay to many people with 2 mundus, now zos fixed the ww/vamp bug. lets hope they do the same with the mundus bug

Vampire WW is a display bug.
You can also get a faux vamp/WW by using the vamp/ww items on PTS that are included in your bag. It's not legit.

See the multiple vamp stages and the fact the target has WW? This was yesterday on PTS. It's not real.
