Stuck on loading screen
Last night around 8-9 PM EST I was kicked out of the game while my character was using a wayshrine to the Coldharbour and have been unable to log back into the North American Megaserver ever since.
My internet is solid- I can play other games, log into Playstation Store and even log-in and create a character on the Elder Scrolls European server. However, with the NA server I either get stuck with the loading symbol spinning at the character select screen or sometimes it will give me the unable to play, "check your internet connection" message. It is confirmed that there isn't a problem with my internet. Also, looking at the forums, I can see that many others are having the exact same problem that I am.
I know you love unsolicited advice but could you please bring the server down for a reset? That would be awesome.

Same here! Last night and now again this morning! Internet status is up and running. I did manage to get in on a character and when I tried to teleport it kicked me to the load screen again.We few, we happy few, we band of brothers. For he who sheds his blood with me, shall be my brother!0 -
pdarwin✭✭Same here. My wife (on her PS4) and me on my PS4 were grouped and playing in Eastmarch -- leaving (at the door) the entrance to the delve called Chill Hill after completing the quest there. We were both booted from play and are both unable to get past the "Loading..." screen when trying to connect to the North America server.
Both of us -- out of sheer boredom -- have created and launched one character (wife has multiples) on the EU server. We can access and play these characters right now and did so also last night.
Get us back on the North American server, please.

BoozeKashi✭✭Several other threads about the same issue. Over 200 posts on one of them. Not a peep from ZOS. Either they don't know, or don't care. Neither is a good option.0

I was able to play briefly but got kicked off again and haven't yet been able to get back on. Been playing through the Master Chief collection on the Xbox instead.
This better be fixed by tomorrow though. I can't understand why they haven't reset the server with this many people having an issue.0
