So far this build has been very successful for me. The primary bar hits like a truck, basically if its 1v1 I come in pop a dark flare - javelin - dark flare - radiant oppresion. If I am in an open field group fight I provide healing with breath of life - heavy attacks to gain magicka, then pick and chose my targets who have low health and hit them with radiant oppresion. I can also spam dark flare from a distance to weaken enemy healing and severely damage one of their players. I use my Secondary bar if I have to go on the defensive. Immovable/Dampen Magic depending on what's hitting me - blazing shield - heavy attack for magicka recovery - breath of life. When they run low on resources I switch back to primary bar and dark flare - javelin - dark flare - radiant oppression. That rotation changes depending on the enemy's play style. If they are tanky I try to use dark flare back to back to use the 20% damage bonus on the second attack and javelin as needed. This also works if they have low health and you want to finish them off quick or if you are in a group and not being targeted. I would love to hear some feedback with suggestions. The only problem I occasionally run into with 1v1 is if the enemy has loads of resources or perfect resource management, then can't switch from defensive mode to offensive so any suggestions there would be greatly appreciated. Also since radiant oppression's damage bonus is getting reduced from 40% to 20% will this effect this build much? Is there something than can replace this?

Tl;dr really weigh the fun you have in game vs the business practices you are supporting.

Im running a similar build. 5 piece seducer, 3piece archmage, 2 rings cyrodiils, 2axes torigs pact (for the bleed effect) and sword+shield pacts set. (Stam regen)

Dual wield bar is jabs, charge, radiant oppression, dark flare and mist form, ulti bats.

Second bar you go for shield stacking I do blocking. Rune focus for more magicka regen and resist buff. I have 30k spel resist and 25k armor. With BoL healing and block I can tank a lot. Rune focus recharges magicka. Javelin to knock people away. Proximity det for when i can get the drop on people. Purge is last... I play in groups a lot. So thats better then purifying ritual for me. Ulti is nova. I still use it to get people off me or when Im in a ditch or close quarters. People cant easily get away and nova can still wreck your ***.

Basically with block + resist all damage is cut in half and more. BoL is more then enoigh to heal through it. Eventhough i only have 20k hp. 30k magicka + 1400/1900 spell dmg (depends on bar).

I never understood shield stacking in heavy armor. But... It works i guess

Any skilled enemy will interrupt your Jabs / Dark Flare / Jesus Beam / breath of life and if you know "what" can happen after an interrupt (10% more dmg, some nas_y CC, etc. etc. etc.) you will not just get interrupted, you'll be CC'd or even dead after the interrupt.

Not just any skilled player will interrupt you but All crushing shock/poison arrow/... spammers will do so :'( While other classes do not rely at all on channeled / cast time abilities. If you believe in heavy armor or even Blazing Shield (omg) for defense, do so! :-)
If you believe in your healing abilities for self-defense, just wait for the next patch! *meow* Blazing *meow*

(My not-at-all positive view on Templars in PvP)
