How to easily make 2.2k gold a day (for new players)

Little_Bodger
An easy way to make gold is through crafting. I grinded for a while and used the skill points to level up my crafting skills. As I am a member of Ebonheart Pact, I found the blacksmith, clothier, woodworking, enchanting, provisioning and alchemy writs on the boards in Stonefalls. All you have to do is craft what it tells you to and then deliver it. From finishing each writ you recieve 368 gold. If you complete all 6 writs and deliver them you can earn yourself 2208 gold a day (the writs become available to do again every 24 hours) It also helps for levelling up your crafting skills.

Thanks for reading! Have a nice day and have fun getting yourself a little money :)

I forgot to include; if you have any skill points availiable, spending your points on the 'Keen Eye' ability will come in handy for finding materials to craft with.

once you have been playing ESO for a while you get to know what they look like without spending points in the Keen eye abilities, especially with the glow on runes you can see them from a long way away. I started out with only 1 pt on the cloth and 1 point in the alchemy so I could get a reminder to pick them if I wasn't looking out for them. When I respecced I removed those points in "oooh I'm smokin'" visual aid

Everyone knows the phenomenon of trying to hold your breath underwater - how at first it's alright and you can handle it, and then as it gets closer and closer to the time when you must breathe, how urgent the need becomes, the lust and the hunger to breathe. And then the panic sets in when you begin to think that you won't be able to breathe - and finally, when you take in air and the anxiety subsides...that's what it's like to be a vampire and need blood.

Also, aren't writ reward payouts depending on player / writ level? I'm currently doing equipment writs for VR1 gear on a VR1 character and I'm getting around 660 gold per writ. (Although the equipment writs don't seem to pay out enough for the mats you have to put into them).

Possibly but new players get less money and that's who this discussion was aimed at. Good point though, thank you.

Very helpful for the new player!

When I was first starting out I got a good boost in the bank by being very careful and stealing from containers. You'll stumble across particular areas (such as the storage shed by the docks in the first EP town) with a few containers and a very rarely patrolling npc. Sometime I got little stuff barely worthwhile but usually Id get at least one item or more that sold for a fair amount (relatively speaking). 60 gold here, 130 there, before you know it I had a very fair bank account for a new player with really no effort put in.

Find the spots without many guards and theft becomes very profitable and easy to do!

I'm still having trouble figuring out the crafting in general. Sorry, I'm "very" new to ESO. Needless to say, the crafting in Skyrim was much less complicated :[

Another way to make 2.2K gold per day: spend probably 15 minutes stealing/fencing stuff?

Yeah, I got 2k within an hour in daggerfall by just killing people at the docks and looting their ***.

Usually it's the 30g items, but there's some green and even blue mixed in. I'm sure if you knew where the better loot dropped you could get much more.
